The two-ways communication enabled by the web contributes to the riformulation of the definition of Market Research therefore the analysis time can not be the same as before, otherwise it risks to return an image already obsolete of the research object. The researches which ends up in a drawer or in a server's folder are not part of KAOS DNA!
